Let's meet in person and get to know each other. Once you are ready to work with me, I conduct a buyer consultation to determine your specific needs, along with the features you want in your new home.

Mortgage pre-qualification

I introduce you to my trusted mortgage partner, who will help you determine what price range you can afford. Be prepared to provide paperwork like pay stubs, W2 forms, and tax returns. Now you can search homes for sale with confidence!

Receive new listing updates based on your preferences

I will become well acquainted with your home purchase needs: Moving to work a new job? Looking for a short commute? Looking to expand your family? I set up property searches according to your criteria. You receive notifications whenever matching properties arrive on the market. See a property that catches your eye? Schedule property showings and attend open houses

The most entertaining part of the home buying process, I'll schedule private property viewings and attend open houses, until I find a home you can fall in love with. I promise to only show you homes that meet your budget and fit your criteria.

Write an offer on your future home

When you find your ideal home and are ready to make an offer, I will present it to the seller. From there, the seller will accept the offer, come back with a counter offer, or reject your offer. I negotiate on your behalf until both parties can agree on a sale price. Once the seller accepts your offer, I get your financing in order, a major step toward owning your new home!

Home appraisal and inspection

Once the seller accepts your offer, it's time to appraise and inspect the property. The appraisal guarantees that your property is priced at fair market value, making it eligible for financing. Meanwhile, the inspection ensures the home has no major issues that could reduce its value. These are the last major steps before you are ready to move into your new home!

Close on your home and receive the keys

With financing, appraisal, and inspection all taken care of, it's time go through all the final paperwork and sign where needed. Bring all the paperwork you've gathered along the way, as well as your down payment. You are now done, with the keys to your new home safely in your hands!
